1. Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind – Returns for New Items

We recognize that you may change your mind about a purchase. You have the right to cancel your order and return the item within 7 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in pristine, as-new condition, adhering to the following requirements:

  • Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and retain all original seals intact.

  • Packaging: All original components, including the original box, internal packaging, and accessories, must be returned in their exact, undamaged condition.

  • Shipping: The item must be securely packaged in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service since Mobile World London is not liable for any damage or loss incurred during return transit. Returns that do not meet these standards may be deemed ineligible for a refund.

Faulty or Defective Items – New Products

If you receive a faulty or defective product, please notify Mobile World London within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a return and replacement.

  • Defect Confirmation: Upon confirmation of the defect, we will provide a free return and replacement (subject to stock availability).

  • Return Conditions: The product must be securely repackaged, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation, to prevent any transit damage.

After the 7-day period, any issues with the product will be managed under the manufacturer’s warranty. In such cases, you should contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to our team for guidance on the warranty process.

Used Items Policy

At Mobile World London, we pride ourselves on offering only brand-new, sealed products. We do not sell used, refurbished, or second-hand items under any circumstances.
